目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定芪红水煎剂中2种主要有效成分花旗松素和槲皮素的含量。方法:采用Waters Sunfire C18(250 mm×46 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-05%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,检测波长290 nm(花旗松素)、365 nm(槲皮素)。结果:花旗松素和槲皮素线性范围分别为0075 5~0120 8 μg(r=0999 4)和0030 8~0092 4 μg(r=0999 9);平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为10274%(RSD=171%)和10245%(RSD=152%)。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于芪红水煎剂中花旗松素和槲皮素的含量测定。亦可作为芪红水煎液质量控制方法之一。 |

To establish an HPLC method for the determination of taxifolin and quercetin in Qihong decoction.Methods:The determination was carried out with Waters Sunfire C18 column (250 mm×46 mm, 5 μm), using methanol-05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase with gradient elution at a flow rate of 10 mL/min and it was detected that the wave length was 290 nm (taxifolin) and 365 nm (quercetin).Results:The linear ranges of taxifolin and quercetin were 00755~01208 μg(r=09994) and 00308~00924 μg(r=09999); the average recovery rate (n=6) was 10274% (RSD=171%) and 10245% (RSD=152%) respectively.Conclusion:This method was simple, steady and reliable, which could be used to determine the contents of taxifolin and quercetin and to control the quality of Qihong decoction. |
