| 我们使用以下的搜索条件：“多发性硬化症”“针刺疗法”“中医”“脱髓鞘疾病”，只接受具有同行评审的期刊文章，并除外了没有把针刺治疗从中医治疗被分化出来的文章。从Ovid MEDLINE、护理和联合卫生文献积累索引和奥维德同盟补充医学库，同时包括了针刺治疗的教材，检索文章。我们搜索到符合标准的文章15篇。其中5篇为研究针刺效果对生活质量的（Quality of Life Scale，QoL）的影响，3篇为针刺效应对多发性硬化症（Mutiple Sclerosis，MS）后疲劳影响的研究，2篇为针刺在治疗MS痉挛的研究，2篇为在治疗MS后疼痛的研究，3篇为动物基础研究。尽管有广泛的证据证明针刺治疗MS的有效性，但是缺乏针刺使用方法和其针刺疗效描述的文献，多数研究存在方法学的缺陷。 |
| English Summary: |
| Terms, as “multiple sclerosis”, “acupuncture”, “Chinese medicine” and “demyelinating disease” were adopted for research and only peer-reviewed journal articles was collected and articles with acupuncture treatment included in Chinese medicine treatment was also omitted. The MEDLINE, nursing and allied health literature accumulation index and Ovid alliance complementary medicine library, and acupuncture textbooks were all included for the research. ifteen articles meeting the standards were searched. Five of them were about the effect of acupuncture on quality of life (Quality of Life scale, QLS), three articles were for the effect of acupuncture on fatigue due to multiple sclerosis (MS), two for acupuncture treatment studies on MS spasm, two for the study of acupuncture treatment on pain after MS, and three articles were about animal studies. Despite the various evidences showed that acupuncture is effective for MS, but literatures on the use of acupuncture and the efficacy of acupuncture are still few and most of the studies have certain methodological defects. |
