| 张仲景在《伤寒论》中巧妙运用寒热并用之法，其通过辨寒热部位、寒热主次等，或施以表里双解，或和解中焦，或清上温下，或阴阳双补，从多方面给后学树立了寒热并用之典范。《伤寒论》中涉及寒热并用方剂很多，其辨证用药及煎服方法的辨证准确而精妙，体现了仲师辨证论治的严谨与灵活性。作者反复研读而略有感悟，遂不揣鄙陋，选取《伤寒论》中部分寒热并用的经典方，从其辨治和煎服方法等5个方面对其寒热并用法的运用特点进行归纳及论述，以飨读者。 |

| Zhang Zhongjing used thecombined therapy of cooling and warmingskillfully in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.He established a paradigm of this combined therapy，including relieving exterior-interior syndrome，harmonizingmiddle energizer，clearing upper heat and warming lower cold，and combined supplementing of yin and yang，by identifying the specific region and primary and secondary of cold and heat.There were lots of formulas involving the combined therapy of cooling and warming in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.In these relevant formulas，the application of herbal medicine based on syndrome differentiationand decocting and taking methods was accurate and ingenious，reflecting the preciseness and flexibility of Zhang Zhongjing in syndrome differentiation and treatment.The author chose some classics formulas using thecombined therapy of cooling and warming from Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases to conclude and discuss the application features of this combined therapy from five main aspects. |
