      目的:建立测定维吾尔族药阿纳其根中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法:色谱柱为Agilent 5 TC-C18柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水(13:87,V/V)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL·min-1,紫外检测波长为327 nm。结果:绿原酸在质量为0.0484 mg~0.968 mg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程:Y=2296316.8X-1369.4(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.20%,RSD=2.75%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于阿纳其根中绿原酸的含量测定。
English Summary:
      A high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC)was established to determine chlorogenic acid in the root of Anaycclus pyerhturm.DC.Methods:HPLC ana1ysis was actualized on an Agilent 5 TC-C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(13:87,V/V),flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results:The calibration curve was a good linear with a range of 0.0484~0.968 mg·for chlorogenic acid(Y=2296316.8X-1369.4,r=0.9999).The average recovery rate for chlorogenic acid was 100.20%,RSD=2.75%.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,reproducible,which is suitable for the quality control of the root of Anaycclus pyerhturm.DC.
