| 阿尔茨海默病属于中医健忘病和痴呆病的范畴，其发病病机与人体中气升清降浊功能的正常与否密切相关。从古至今，中医临床使用健运中焦脾胃、恢复气机升降的中药方剂及针灸疗法，对很多疾病都取得了良好的疗效。尽管许多医家从肾为髓之海出发认为肾精亏虚是阿尔茨海默病的核心病因，但从后天充养先天的思路出发，恢复后天之本——中焦脾胃气机的升降功能，以去浊纳新，保持气血精髓的化源不绝，或可为临床防治阿尔茨海默病提供一可行思路。 |
| English Summary: |
| Alzheimer falls into the category of amnesia and dementia in TCM. The pathogenesis of it is mostly related to the dysfunction of clear qi ascending and turban qi descending. Historically, strengthening the spleen and stomach to recovery the function of ascending and descending of qi is effective in treating an array of diseases. Despite many doctors claim that the deficiency of kidney’s essence is the main cause of Alzheimer disease on the basis that kidney is the sea of the marrow, the spleen and the stomach provide the basis material for the postnatal essence of kidney. Therefore, to supply qi and blood for kidney by restoring the function of ascending clear qi and descending turbial qi of spleen and stomach can be a reliable precaution and treatment method for Alzheimer disease. |
