| 文章通过对吕仁和教授对糖尿病（消渴病）的内涵、表现、演变规律及治疗方法的学术思想的疏理，结合吕老师临证医话，初步探索和分析了吕仁和教授分期辨证治疗糖尿病学术思想、方法和经验，特别是吕仁和教授提出的脾瘅期、消渴期、消瘅期分期思想、“微型癥瘕”病机理论和治则治法，既是对《黄帝内经》理论的发掘和弘扬，又切合现代糖尿病诊断和治疗理念，对拓展糖尿病及其并发症的中医诊治思路很有指导意义。 |

| This paper preliminarily explored and analyzed Professor Lyu Renhe′s academic thoughts，methods and experiences on treating diabetes mellitus by collating Lyu′s academic thoughts on theory，manifestation，evolution and treatment of diabetes mellitus，and combining with Professor Lyu′s medical notes，thoughts and principles of treatment referring Pi-Dan period，Xiao-Ke period and Xiao-Dan period，and pathogenesis and therapeutic methods theory about “micro abdominal mass”.These academic thoughts not only explore and carry forward the classic theory，but also accord with the concept of modern diabetes diagnosis and treatment，which is instructive to expand the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and its complications. |
