| 目的:探讨助阳通便汤治疗津亏肠燥气滞证便秘患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年1月至2014年7月西安市中医医院肛肠科接诊的120津亏肠燥气滞证功能性便秘患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予助阳通便汤治疗,对照组给予乳果糖。观察2组患者治疗前后全结肠通过时间、排便费力程度、排便时间、排便间隔时间及中医证候总积分变化情况,并对治疗后临床疗效、不良反应、复发率进行比较。结果:治疗后,观察组全结肠通过时间(69.51±9.24)h短于对照组(97.73±9.69)h,排便费力程度、排便时间和排便间隔时间结果［(0.52±0.12)、(0.59±0.08)min、(0.82±0.18)d］都低于对照组［(1.20±0.35)、(1.30±0.37)min、(0.95±0.24)d］,观察组中医证候总积分(6.53±1.21)低于对照组(7.81±1.75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有疗效95.00%(57/60)高于对照组81.67%(49/60)(P<0.05);通过随访,观察组复发率1.67%(1/60)低于对照组15%(9/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在津亏肠燥气滞证便秘患者中使用助阳通便汤疗效良好,患者的便秘情况得到有效的改善。 |

| To investigate the effect of Assisting Yang and Relaxing Bowels Decoction in treatment of intestinal dryness and qi stagnation syndrome patients with constipation.Methods:A total of 120 cases of intestinal dryness and qi stagnation syndrome with functional constipation from January 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly.And the observation group was given Assisting Yang and Relaxing Bowels Decoction，the control group was given lactulose.The whole colon passing duration，defecation，defecation time，defecation interval and the total score changes of TCM syndromes，and the clinical efficacy，adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results:After treatment，the total colon of the observation group(69.51±9.24)was shorter than that of the control group(97.73±9.69)，the defecation，defecation time and defecation interval ［(0.52±0.12)，(0.59±0.08)min，(0.82±0.18)d］ were lower than those in the control group ［(1.20±0.35)，(1.30±0.37)min，(0.95±0.24)d］，in the observation group，the total score of TCM syndrome(6.53±1.21)was lower than that of the control group(7.81±1.75)(P<0.05)； the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%(57/60)，higher than that of the control group 81.67%(49 / 60)(P<0.05)； the recurrence rate of the observation group was 1.67%(1/60)，lower than that of the control group 15%(9/60)，there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Assisting Yang and Relaxing Bowels Decoction has good effect in treatment of syndrome of intestinal dryness and qi stagnation patients with constipation，with improvement of patients′ constipation. |
