| 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法：选取中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的84例哮喘急性发作患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。对照组采用哮喘急性发作期常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上增加中药汤剂治疗。7 d为1个疗程,2组患儿均治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能、炎性反应因子水平及免疫功能指标的变化。结果：治疗组患儿临床有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);治疗后2组的FEV1、FEF75、FEF50、FEF25、FEV1/FVC和PEF显著高于治疗前,FVC显著低于治疗前,且2组间肺功能各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后2组IgG、IgM、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比治疗前上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且2组间免疫功能各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后治疗组IL-4、IL-8和TNF-α水平均比治疗前降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：中西医结合治疗儿童哮喘急性发作能有效提高临床疗效,改善患儿的肺功能和免疫功能,降低炎性反应因子的表达,值得在临床上推广。 |

| To explore the clinical effect and immune function of integrated Chinese and western medicine on acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Methods:A total of 84 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，42 cases in each group.The control group used routine drug treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma，the treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.And it took 7 d for one course，two groups were all treated for two courses.The clinical efficacy，lung function，inflammatory factors and immune function index of two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.19% (P<0.05); After treatment，the FEV1，FEF75，FEF50，FEF25，FEV1/FVC and PEF of 2 groups were significantly higher than before the treatment，FVC dropped significantly than before treatment，and the lung function between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment，the IgG，IgM，CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of two groups were significantly higher than，and the immune function index between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment，the levels of IL-4，IL-8 and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than before treatment，and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute asthma in children can effectively improve the clinical efficacy，improve the lung function and immune function of the children，as well as reduce the expression of inflammatory factors，which is worth to be popularizing in clinical practice. |
