| 目的：观察益肾化湿颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法：筛选162例在我院诊治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者，采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各81例，对照组接受缬沙坦单独治疗，治疗组接受益肾化湿颗粒及缬沙坦联合治疗，观察2组患者的治疗效果，治疗前后尿蛋白、肾功能的变化情况，以及不良反应的发生情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.6%，对照组为71.6%，治疗组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t＝12.138，P<0.05）；2组患者治疗后尿蛋白、血清肌酐、血尿素氮均有明显改善（P<0.05），且治疗组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t＝3.062/7.940/3.434，P<0.05）；2组患者治疗后均未出现严重的不良反应，治疗组出现2例头晕，对照组出现3例头晕，2例乏力，未予以特殊治疗，症状自行缓解。结论：益肾化湿颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效优于单独应用缬沙坦，联合用药对尿蛋白及肾功能的改善更显著，且治疗后未出现严重不良反应，值得临床推广使用。 |

| To observe the curative effect of Yishen Huashi Granule combined Valsartan in treating chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:A total of screened 162 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients who were treated in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table，81 cases each group.The control group accepted Valsartan treatment.Treatment group accepted Yishen Huashi Granule combined Valsartan treatment.The curative effect，urine protein，renal function and adverse reaction of two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.6%，and control group was 71.6%.Treatment group was significantly higher than control group (t＝12.138，P<0.05).After treatment，the urine protein (UPRO)，serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) of two groups had an obvious improvement (P<0.05)，and treatment group had siginificantly better results than the control group (t＝3.062/7.940/3.434，P<0.05).Two groups had no serious adverse reaction cases.Treatment group had 2 cases of dizziness.Control group had 3 cases of dizziness and 2 cases of weakness.Above-mentioned cases didn′t accept special treatment，and the symptoms were spontaneous relieved.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Yishen Huashi Granule combined Valsartan in treating chronic glomerulonephritis is better than Valsartan alone.Combined drug therapy had a better result in UPRO and renal function，and there were no serious adverse reactions after treatment.It is worthy to be used widely. |
