| 目的：评价养心氏片治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病的临床疗效。方法：将96例气虚血瘀型冠心病患者随机分为对照组（西药治疗）和养心氏组（西药治疗+养心氏片），每组48例，疗程为3个月。观察比较2组的中医症状体征、心绞痛症状、心电图、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、Hcy、血脂和不良反应。结果：治疗后，1）中医症状体征，治疗组总有效率92.8%，对照组为率75.1%，2组比较有统计学意义（P<0.05)；2）养心氏组心绞痛症状改善总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的83.33%，P<0.05；3）心电图比较，治疗组总有效率81.25%，对照组为70.83%，P<0.05；4）养心氏组hs-CRP、NT-proBNP和Hcy分别为（1.21±0.27）mg/L、（597±171）ng/L和（7.24±0.46）μmol/L，低于对照组的（1.58±0.37）mg/L、（898±151）ng/L和（8.93±0.45）μmol/L，P<0.05；5）养心氏组不良反应发生率为8.33%，低于对照组的14.58%，P<0.05。结论：养心氏片联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病比常规西药治疗效果更佳。 |

| To evaluate the effects of YangXinShi tablet in treating coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 96 patients who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease complicated with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into YangXinShi group and control group，48 cases in each group.The control group were given western medicine treatment，while the observation group oral administration of YangXinShi tablet on the basis of the treatment in the control group.After three months′ treatment，the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine，angina pectoris，electrocardiogram，hs-CRP，NT-proBNP，Hcy，blood lipids and adverse reactions of all patients were detected.Results:After treatment,1) the total effective rate of improving Chinese medicine symptoms in YangXinShi group(92.8%) was significantly higher than that of control group (75.1%) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 2) the total effective rate of improving angina pectoris in YangXinShi group (93.75%) was significantly higher than that of in control group (83.33%)，P<0.05); 3)the total effective rate of improving electrocardiogram in treatment group (81.25%) was significantly higher than that of in control group (70.83%)，P<0.05; 4)the hs-CRP，NT-proBNP and Hcy in YangXinShi group were ［(1.21±0.27)mg/L，(597±171)ng/L and (7.24±0.46)μmol/L］ respectively，significantly lower than that of in control group ［(1.58±0.37)mg/L，(898±151)ng/L and (8.93±0.45)μmol/L］，P<0.05; 5) the incidence of adverse reactions in YangXinShi group (8.33%) was significantly lower than that of in control group (14.58%)，P<0.05.Conclusion:YangXinShi tablet combined with western medicine on coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was better than the conventional western medicine treatment alone. |
