| 目的：探讨壮骨伸筋胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病（CR）的临床疗效。方法：以入院病例号为编号，根据随机数字表，将120例神经根型颈椎病患者（属肝肾两虚型）随机分成2组，每组60例。对照组按照西医常规治疗方法，包括推拿、牵引、运动疗法、维生素B1，而观察组患者在西医常规治疗的基础上口服壮骨伸筋胶囊，6粒/次，3次/d。治疗1个月后，分析治疗效果，包括有效率、疼痛数字评价量表（NRS）、CR的20分法量表、颈椎功能障碍指数问卷（NDI）。结果：观察组和对照组总有效率分别为85.0%和66.7%，前者高于后者（P<0.05）；治疗后，2组各量表评分均较治疗前改善（P<0.05）；观察组NRS量表评分为（3.9±0.6）分，低于对照组（4.9±0.3）分，20分法量表评分为（16.8±1.6）分，高于对照组（12.2±1.4）分，NDI评分为（6.5±2.4）分，低于对照组（13.3±2.2）分，（均P<0.05）。结论：壮骨伸筋胶囊可缓解肝肾两虚型神经根型颈椎病患者的疼痛感，提高临床疗效，使患者受益。 |

| To investigate Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule′s clinical curative effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CR).Methods:A total of 120 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of hospital admissions and the random number table，60 cases in each group.The control group according to the routine method of western medicine，were given treatment including massage，traction，exercise therapy，vitamin B1.As for the observation group，on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine，they were also given oral Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule，6 capsules / time，3 times / day.After one months′ treatment，the therapeutic effect was analyzed，including the effective rate，the digital evaluation of pain scale (NRS)，the 20 method of CR and the cervical spine dysfunction index questionnaire (NDI).Results:The effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 85.0% and 66.7% respectively，the former was significantly higher than the latter (P<0.05); after treatment，the amount of scale scores of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05); observation group′s NRS scale scores were (3.9±0.6)，lower than the control group′s (4.9±0.3)，20 points table score for the observation group was (16.8±1.6)，higher than that of the control group (12.2±1.4)，NDI scores for the observation group was (6.5±2.4)，lower than that of the control group (13.3±2.2) (all P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule can relieve pain in patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of nerve root type cervical spondylosis，as well as improve clinical curative effect and bring benefit to the patients. |
