| 目的：探讨针刺结合耳穴贴压磁珠治疗女性黄褐斑的临床观察。方法：选取2014年1月至2015年6月我院收治的女性黄褐斑患者68例，随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组给予口服维生素C和维生素E治疗，而观察组则在对照组的基础上给予针刺结合耳穴贴压磁珠治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后的皮损积分，所有患者于治疗前后月经前1周测定血清雌二醇（Serum estradiol）和黄体生成素（luteotropic hormone，LH）的水平。观察组治疗的总有效率为88.23%，显著高于对照组的61.76%，2组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的皮损积分为（2.46±0.87），显著低于对照组的（3.21±0.94），2组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后血清E2的水平为（28.46±12.08）pg/mL，显著低于对照组的（54.23±13.25）pg/mL，2组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的血清LH水平为（5.26±1.58）mIU/mL，显著低于对照组的（7.82±1.69）mIU/mL，2组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:针刺结合耳穴贴压磁珠治疗女性黄褐斑可有效改善患者血清E2和LH的水平，疗效确切，值得应用于临床。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture on patietns with female chloasma. Methods:Sixty-eight female with chloasma in our hospital (from Janury 2014 to June 2015) were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Thirty-four patients treated with vitamin C and vitamin E were taken as control group, and the other 34 patients treated with acupuncture and ear acupoint were taken as observation group. Compared the clinical effects and the skin lesions integration before and after treatments within two group. In addition, detect the levels of serum E2 and LH a week before menstruation before and after treatments. Results:The overall efficiency were 88.23% in observation group, which was higher than that of the control group, and differences is statistically significant (P<0.05). The skin lesions integration was (2.46±0.87) in observation group after treatments while that in control group was (3.21±0.94), and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of serum E2 was (28.46±12.08)pg/mL in observation group after treatments compared to (54.23±13.25)pg/mL of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of serum LH was (5.26±1.58) miu/mL in observation group after treatments while that of the control group was (7.82±1.69)miu/mL with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture and ear-acupoint can improve the levels of serum E2 and LH with exact effect in the treatment of chloasma, which is worthy of clinical application. |
