| 文章总结近10年的脊髓型颈椎病的中医药治疗研究文献，发现中药可以促进血液循环、消除炎性反应、清除自由基、减少内皮素(Endo Thelin，ET)、减少神经细胞坏死与凋亡、提高神经营养因子含量，从而在脊髓型颈椎病的保守治疗及颈椎病的术后康复过程中发挥独特的优势。 |

| This paper is to review the literature on Chinese herbal medicine treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy in recent 10 years. It is found that Chinese herbal medicine has superior advantages in conservative treatment and postoperative rehabilitation, as it may promote blood circulation, eliminate inflammation, clear away radical, improve neurotrophic factor content, inhibite the release of ET, reduce neurons necrosis and prevent neurons apoptosis. |
