目的：观察苏黄止咳胶囊对咳嗽变异性哮喘（Cough Variant Asthma，CVA）豚鼠模型的影响。方法：将55只豚鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、醋酸泼尼松组及苏黄止咳胶囊高、低剂量组，结合文献方法制作CVA豚鼠模型，检测各组豚鼠咳嗽次数、支气管肺泡灌洗液（Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid，BALF）中嗜酸粒细胞百分率及气道阻力变化。结果：与正常对照组比较，模型对照组豚鼠咳嗽次数、BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞百分率明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与模型对照组比较，苏黄止咳胶囊高、低剂量组豚鼠咳嗽次数明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），苏黄止咳胶囊高剂量组豚鼠的气道阻力在乙酰甲胆碱浓度为0.2 mg/mL、0.4 mg/mL时下降明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），苏黄止咳胶囊高剂量组豚鼠BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞百分率下降明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：苏黄止咳胶囊对CVA豚鼠的咳嗽次数、BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞百分率及气道阻力有改善作用。

English Summary:

To observe the effects of Suhuang Zhike capsule on guinea pig model of cough variant asthma. Methods:Fifty-five female guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, prednisone acetate tablets group and Suhuang Zhike capsule high and low dose group. Based on related literature, set up the guinea pig model of cough variant asthma. Then observe the changes of the cough frequency, the percentage of eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and resistance (detection of resistance used the BUXCO RC system). Results:Compared with the normal control group, the cough frequency and the percentage of eosinophils in BALF of the model control group was significantly increased (P<0.05); Compared with the model control group, the cough frequency in guinea pig of Suhuang Zhike capsules high and low doses group was reduced obviously (P<0.05), and the resistance in guinea pigs of Suhuang Zhike capsules high dose group was decreased (P<0.05) when methacholine concentration is 0.2 mg/mL, 0.4 mg/mL, the percentage of eosinophils in BALF of Suhuang Zhike capsules high dose group was decreased obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike capsules could ameliorate cough frequency, percentage by eosinophils in BALF and resistance in CVA guinea pig.
