To study the correlation between the incidence of lung cancer and the characteristics of season and five circuits and six qi in date of birth.Methods:The distribution in different seasons，Yunqi periods of birth date of 1045 patients with lung cancer were analyzed.Results:More patients with lung cancer were born in the following periods:Winter，the year of wood or Ding，the dominate-qi period is the last qi，the guest-qi period is Jueyin-Fengmu，the Si-Tian period is Jueyin-Fengmu，the Zai-Quan period is Shaoyin-Junhuo.And the distribution of differnet seasons and Zai-Quan periods are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of lung cancer is related to the seasons and the Zai-Quan periods distributed in date of birth.
