| 痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱和血清尿酸持续升高引起组织损伤的一种反复发作的炎性疾病,并与遗传及环境因素息息相关。中医辨证论治从根本上治疗痛风有较好的综合疗效,但临床上对痛风的辨证论治,分型较多,缺乏统一的指导规范。文章通过对近年来有关中医对痛风辨证论治的经验加以综述,为中医药临床治疗痛风的合理性提供参考。 |

| Gout is recurrent inflammatory disease caused by tissue damage due to purine metabolism and persistently increased serum uric acid,which is also closely related to genetic and environmental factors.Syndrome differentiation and treatment for gout by Chinese medicine received comprehensive effect.However,syndrome differentiation for gout in clinic may differentiate patients into different types without standardized guidelines.This paper is to review the experience of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment for gout in recent years,to provide a reasonable reference for Chinese medicine in treating gout in clinic. |
