| 目的：研究三子养亲汤加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床疗效。方法：选择2013年1月至2014年12月北京市中医医院顺义医院呼吸科门诊就诊的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者60例作为本次研究对象。对照组采用常规方法进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上，加服三子养亲汤加味进行治疗，观察2组患者治疗后肺功能指标情况、治疗后症状、体征积分情况、治疗后CAT评分、治疗疗效情况。结果：观察组FVC、FEV1（2.23±0.57、1.60±0.35）Ｌ均大于对照组（1.93±0.51、1.28±0.49）Ｌ，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、胃纳、啰音均小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组CAT评分（6.70±1.21）分小于对照组（15.28±2.82）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率93.33%（28/30）优于对照组70.00%（21/30），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：三子养亲汤加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效显著，能够改善患者的病况。 |

| To study the clinical effect of Modified Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the stable stage.Methods:A total number of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received treatment from December to January 2013 in the hospital were selected. The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the observation group was additionally treated with Modified Sanzi Yangqin Decoction on the basis of the control group. Pulmonary function indicators,symptoms and signs of the treatment,CAT score after treatment and treatment efficacy of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:FVC,FEV1 of the observation group (2.23±0.57,1.60±0.35) L was higher than that of the control group (1.93±0.51,1.28±0.49)L. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Symptoms like cough,expectoration,stomach,wheezing and rale of the observation group were much more relieved compared with the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). CAT score of the observation group (6.70±1.21) was less than that of the control group (15.28±2.82),which showed that the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Total effective rate of observation group was 93.33% (28/30),better than that of the control group of 70.00% (21/30). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage has good curative effect and can improve the patient’s condition. |
