| 目的：研究讨论治疗老年初治肺结核2种中西医结合的化疗方案的疗效及安全性的比较。方法：选取医院2015年1月至2016年1月进行治疗的初治肺结核老年患者共100例，采用随机数字表法，将其分为2组，对照组采用2HREZ/4HR化疗方案治疗，研究组在采用2HREZ/4HR方案的基础上同时使用中药进行治疗，对比2组患者在进行4个月的治疗后的临床疗效以及安全性。结果：2组患者均进行4个月的治疗后发现，对照组患者的总有效率为80.00%低于研究组94.00%，P<0.05；研究组所有患者痰涂片转阴性高于研究组86.00%，P<0.05；研究组白细胞异常人数3人低于对照组8人，胃肠道不适人数7人低于对照组11人，2组比较差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：针对老年初治肺结核的治疗采用研究组2HREZ/4HR的基础上同时使用中药进行治疗的方案给患者带来的肝功能损伤性小，术后的痊愈率高，安全性能高，身体恢复健康状态时间短，临床上的治疗效果显著。 |

| To observe the efficacy and safety integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine chemotherapy in the treatment of tuberculosis in older people. Methods:A total of 100 older patients with tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with 2HREZ / 4HR chemotherapy regime. The study group was treated with 2HREZ / 4HR program with traditional Chinese medicine. Compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the two methods after 4 months of treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group and 94.00% in the study group, with P<0.05. Besides, the negative rate of sputum smear in the study group was higher than that of the study group (P<0.05). The number of white blood cell abnormalities in the study group was lower than that of the control group and the gastrointestinal discomfort level was lower in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined with 2HREZ / 4HR can be used in treating tuberculosis in older patient with lower liver injury rate and higher recovery rate. It is safe and time-efficient, which has remarkable clinical effect. |
