To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Shengxue tablets in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and anemia. Methods:Seventy-two patients with hyperthyroidism and anemia were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group (36 patients) given Jianpi Shengxue tablets and anti-thyroid drugs and the control group (36 patients) given ferrous succinate tablets and anti-thyroid drugs.The efficacy was observed after 4 weeks in two groups.Results:The levels of RBC, Hb, MCV were obviously improved after the treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate and levels of RBC, Hb, and MCV were much greatly improved in the treatment group compared to the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The adverse reactions were markedly lower in the treatment group than that of control group( P<0.05). Conclusion:Jianpi Shengxue tablets is a effective and safe method in treating hyperthyroidism with anemia.
