| 目的：观察健脾生血片治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并贫血的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将72例符合甲状腺功能亢进症合并贫血患者随机分为2组，治疗组36例，给予健脾生血片合抗甲状腺药物治疗，对照组36例，给予琥珀酸亚铁片合抗甲状腺药物治疗。2组连续治疗4周后观察有效率、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积及安全性指标。结果：治疗后2组红细胞计数、血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积较治疗前均有显著改善（P<0.05），且治疗组总有效率与各项血液学指标均优于对照组（P<0.05），且治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：健脾生血片治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并贫血有效，且安全性较好。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Shengxue tablets in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and anemia. Methods:Seventy-two patients with hyperthyroidism and anemia were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group (36 patients) given Jianpi Shengxue tablets and anti-thyroid drugs and the control group (36 patients) given ferrous succinate tablets and anti-thyroid drugs.The efficacy was observed after 4 weeks in two groups.Results:The levels of RBC, Hb, MCV were obviously improved after the treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate and levels of RBC, Hb, and MCV were much greatly improved in the treatment group compared to the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The adverse reactions were markedly lower in the treatment group than that of control group( P<0.05). Conclusion:Jianpi Shengxue tablets is a effective and safe method in treating hyperthyroidism with anemia. |
