| 目的：研究刺萆薢根茎石油醚部化学成分。方法：运用色谱法进行分离纯化，利用理化性质和波普技术鉴定化合物结构。结果：从刺萆薢根茎石油醚萃取物中分离得到7个化合物，分别为β-谷甾醇（1），24-乙基-4-胆甾烯-3，6-二酮（2），多花二醌C（3），胡萝卜苷（4），原儿茶酸甲酯（5），O-对香豆酰基甘油酯（6），丁香酸（7）。结论：化合物1~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

| To study the chemical constituents of Smilax ferox Wall.Ex Kunth extracted from petroleum ether.Methods:Chromatographic technique was used to isolate and purify the compounds.And the structures were identified on the basis of the analyses of spectral data.Results:Seven compounds were identified：β-sitosterol (1)，stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione (2)，floribundi quinones C(3)，daucosterol (4)，protocatechuic acid methyl ester (5)，1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol (6) and syringic acid (7)，respectively.Conclusion:All compounds were separated from this plant for the first time. |
