目的:研究刺萆薢根茎石油醚部化学成分。方法:运用色谱法进行分离纯化,利用理化性质和波普技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从刺萆薢根茎石油醚萃取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),24-乙基-4-胆甾烯-3,6-二酮(2),多花二醌C(3),胡萝卜苷(4),原儿茶酸甲酯(5),O-对香豆酰基甘油酯(6),丁香酸(7)。结论:化合物1~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

To study the chemical constituents of Smilax ferox Wall.Ex Kunth extracted from petroleum ether.Methods:Chromatographic technique was used to isolate and purify the compounds.And the structures were identified on the basis of the analyses of spectral data.Results:Seven compounds were identified:β-sitosterol (1),stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione (2),floribundi quinones C(3),daucosterol (4),protocatechuic acid methyl ester (5),1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol (6) and syringic acid (7),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds were separated from this plant for the first time. |
