| 刺五加是五加科五加属植物，含有多种活性成分，对中枢神经系统具有影响作用。文章从刺五加活性成分的药理作用以及血管性痴呆的中医病机探讨方面阐释了刺五加对血管性痴呆具有明确治疗作用。鉴于血管性痴呆发病率高，刺五加加工方便，文章展示了刺五加广泛的药用和食用前景，值得大力推广。 |

| Acanthopanax is the root of Acanthopanax senticosus plants,which contains lots of active ingredients and can affect the central nervous system. This paper is to explain that acanthopanax can treat vascular dementia efficiently by analyzing pharmacological action of active ingredients in acanthopanax and TCM pathogenesis for vascular dementia. In view of the high morbidity of vascular dementia and convenience in acanthopanax processing,acanthopanax has extensive medicinal and dietary prospect,which is worth promoting. |
