| 目的:观察足痹通络方足浴治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年10月在我院治疗的糖尿病性周围神经病变患者90例随机分为对照组与观察组，在糖尿病综合治疗基础上，观察组给予足痹通络方足浴，甲钴胺片口服;对照组予甲钴胺片口服，疗程为3个月。观察2组治疗前后临床症状及神经传导速度变化。结果:观察组总有效率(91.1%)明显高于对照组(71.7%)，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者两侧腓总神经的感觉及运动神经传导速度均有明显改善(P<0.01)，且优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗过程中，2组均未出现不良反应。结论:足痹通络方足浴治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变有较好疗效，且安全性好。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of Zubi Tongluo Decoction Footbath in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:A total of 90 DPN patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in both groups received diabetic comprehensive treatment and treatment group were additionally given Zubi Tongluo Decoction Footbath.Three month was a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity in two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group (91.1%) was significantly higher than the control group (71.7%) and the difference was significant (P<0.05）.In treatment group，the sensory conduction velocity (SCV) and the motor conduction velocity (MCV) of bilateral common peroneal nerves were obviously improved，and the improvement was more obvious than the control group (P<0.01）.No serious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Conclusion:Zubi Tongluo Decoction Footbath has good curative effect and high safety in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. |
