| 目的:探讨参松养心胶囊配合西药治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的临床效果、对血浆N氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及心电图QT离散度(QTd)的影响。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年4月我院心内科诊治的96例心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者，根据就诊号分为中西医组、西医组各48例，2组患者均给予胺碘酮治疗，中西医组服用参松养心胶囊，2组患者连续治疗2个月，对比临床效果。结果:治疗后，中西医组的动态心电图心跳次数、早搏次数、血浆NT-proBNP及心电图QTd均低于西医组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，中西医组的室性早搏Lown氏分级优于西医组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后，中西医组的愈显率64.58%高于西医组43.75%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊配合西药治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常效果优于单用西药，能更显著的降低血浆NT-proBNP及心电图QTd水平。 |

| To investigate the clinical effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with western medicine in treating patients with heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia and its effects on N plasma N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and ECG QT dispersion (QTd). Methods:From January 2014 to April 2016， 96 patients with heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia in the department of cardiology of our hospital were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group according to the number of visits， with 48 cases in each group. All patients were given amiodarone， and patients in the traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group were also given Shensongyangxin capsule. After two months’ treatment， the clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results:After treatment， the dynamic electrocardiograph (ECG) beats， beats frequency， plasma NT-proBNP and QTd in ECG of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group were lower than those of the western medicine group (P<0.05). In the former group， the premature ventricular Lown grading was better than that of the latter(P<0.05); after treatment， the curative rate in the former (64.58%) was higher than that of the latter (43.75%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effects of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with arrhythmia is better than single western medicine. Western medicine combined with Shensongyangxin capsule can significantly reduce the plasma levels of NT-proBNP and QTd in ECG. |
