| 糖尿病前期是患者血糖升高但未达到糖尿病诊断标准的一个阶段，此阶段高血糖的病因、病机要从中医水谷代谢的理论及“脾瘅”的相关论述分析。魏教授运用“治未病”思想辨治糖尿病前期，一是未病先防，对糖尿病前期患者重在补益脾肾治疗，加强脾的运化、化生功能及肾的气化功能；二是既病防变，控制糖尿病前期相关因素和病变，调理脾、肾功能治疗的同时，重在燥湿化痰、活血化瘀，祛除痰浊、瘀血等有形之邪，临床疗效明显。 |

| Pre-diabetes is a stage when patients had elevated blood glucose but not to diagnostic criteria. The cause and pathogenesis of high blood sugar at this stage should be analyzed through the theory of traditional Chinese medicine metabolism and “spleen hate”. Professor Wei applies the idea of preventive treatment for disease to explore the treatment principle for pre-diabetes. First，disease prevention，Wei focuses on reinforcing spleen and kidney，strengthening the transformation and transportation of the spleen and qi formation of the kidney. Second，prevention of the progress of the diseases，control the related factors and disease progress of pre-diabetes by regulating spleen and kidney，relieving dampness and phlegm，activating blood circulation，eliminating the visible evilness，like phlegm or blood stasis. The clinical effect is obvious. |
