桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤出自《金匮要略》,为治疗失精之常效方,但仲景原文只列症状,不言病机,而临床上大凡出现心悸症状者,用之亦能取得良效,故有必要对此进行探讨。本文将从荣卫、心神及心肾3个方面阐述心悸发生的病因病机,及该方治疗心悸的机制,并附临床验案一则,以期为临床运用提供指导和借鉴。 |

Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell, originated from “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”, is often used in treating seminal emission. But Zhang’s records only list symptoms but without pathogenesis. However, the decoction also has good effect on palpitations in clinical practice. Thus, it is necessary to explore the mechanism. This article explained the etiology and pathogenesis of heart palpitations from three aspects, namely nutrient-qi and defense-qi, heart spirit and heart-kidney. Moreover, the therapeutic mechanism of this formula was discussed, and also a medical record so as to provide guidance and references for clinical application. |
