目的:通过对名贵南药广佛手进行全球产地生态适宜性分析,为其保种、引种和扩种选址提供科学合理的依据。方法:采用中国中医科学院中药研究所药用植物全球产地生态适宜性信息系统(Geographic Information System for Global Medicinal Plants,GMPGIS),基于广佛手野生分布区、主产区及道地产区的330个分布点数据,对广佛手的全球产地生态适宜性区域进行预测分析。结果:预测分析表明,中国为广佛手全球产地生态适宜性区域最大的国家,适宜区面积约占全球产地生态适宜性区域的89.98%,其主要分布于中国南部各省如广西壮族自治区、湖南省、江西省、四川省、贵州省、广东省、云南省、福建省等。此外,巴西为广佛手全球产地生态适宜性区域的潜在拓展地区,其生态适宜性面积约占全球产地生态适宜性区域的5.87%。结论:本研究分析结果与目前广佛手生产实情相符合,可为广佛手全球区域的引种生产布局提供科学合理的依据。 |

In this study,the ecological suitability of citrus medica L var.sarcodactylis Swingle was explored to provide a scientific and rational basis for its conservation,introduction and expansion.Methods:Based on 330 sites from the original appellations,main producing areas and distributions of the plant,the similarity in distribution was predicted with spatial analysis by GMPGIS.Results:The results show that China possessed the largest ecological similarity region,whose suitable area was about 89.98% of global ecological suitability region.And the domestic main suitability was distributed in the southern part of China,such as Guangxi,Hunan,Jiangxi,Sichuan,Guizhou,Guangdong,Yunnan,Fujian Province.In addition,Brazil was a potential extension area for the ecological adaptability region of citrus medica L var.sarcodactylis Swingle,and its ecological suitability area accounted for 5.87% of global ecological suitability region.Conclusion:The results of this study are consistent with the current production conditions of citrus medica L var.sarcodactylis Swingle,which can provide scientific and reasonable basis for the introduction and production of the plant in global region. |
