    目的:探讨小儿热速清颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年12月北京市通州区妇幼保健院儿科收治的上呼吸道感染发热的患儿400例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组185例,观察组215例。对照组给予小儿伪麻美芬滴剂常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予小儿热速清颗粒。治疗3 d后比较2组临床疗效、体温完全恢复正常所需时间,并观察不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗3 d结束后,观察组临床疗效和体温恢复正常的时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,2组治疗均未出现不良反应。观察组总有效率为92.8%,对照组总有效率为64.9%。结论:小儿热速清颗粒对小儿上呼吸道感染发热具有较好的治疗效果,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract:

    To observe the curative effect of Children Resuqing granules in treating pediatric fever induced by acute upper respiratory infection. Methods:To select 400 patients with upper acute respiratory infection in our hospital, who are admitted from January 2015 to December 2015. To randomly divide them in to two groups, with 182 cases in the control group and 215 cases in the observation group. The control group was given Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Drops and the observation group was given children Resuming granules. After 3 days of treatment, observe the clinical efficacy, body temperature restoring time and adverse reactions. Results:Total effective rate of Children Eesuqing group is 92.8% compared with 64.9% of the control group, which has statistically significant(P<0.05). No adverse reactions were found. Besides, the treatment group recovers faster than the control group, with significant difference. Conclusion:Children Resuming granule has obvious effect in treating acute upper respiratory infection with little adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
