      目的:观察稳心丹对MIRI大鼠心肌酶指标CK-MB、cTnI以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响,探讨稳心丹对MIRI大鼠相关炎性因子的影响。方法:将70只SD大鼠随机分成随机分7组,每组10只,分别为假手术组、模型组、预处理组、稳心丹1:1:1组、稳心丹1:2:1组、稳心丹1:1:2组、稳心丹2:1:1组。灌胃14 d后,以结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)后再复灌建立心肌缺血再灌注模型。全自动生化仪测定CK-MB含量,ELISA法检测cTnI、TNF-α、IL-6含量。结果:模型组大鼠血清中CK-MB、cTnI含量明显升高,与假手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各观察组的心肌酶指标都有改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中1:2:1组CK-MB下降最明显;模型组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6含量明显升高,与假手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各观察组的TNF-α、IL-6含量都有改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中1:2:1组TNF-α、IL-6下降最明显。结论:稳心丹可降低MIRI大鼠血清CK-MB、cTnI以及TNF-α、IL-6含量而产生抗炎作用。
English Summary:
      To observe the effect of Wen Xin Dan on myocardial enzyme indicators, including CK-MB, cTnI and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) levels, and interleukin 6 (IL-6) of MIRI rats. Besides, to explore its effect on inflammatory factor of MIRI rats. Methods:A total of 70 SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 in each. Groups include control group, model group, pretreatment group, Wen Xin Dan1:1:1 group, Wen Xin Dan1:2:1 group, Wen Xin Dan1:1:2 group, Wen Xin Dan2:1:1 group. After 14 days lavage, ligate rat's left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD). Again, lavage the rats to make myocardial ischemia models. Use automatic biochemical instrument to measure CK-MB content and cTnI ELISA method to measure TNF alpha, IL-6 levels. Results:Serum CK-MB, cTnI levels increased significantly in model group with significant difference comparing to those of the control group (P<0.01). Compared to the model group, myocardial enzyme index in each Wen Xin Dan group has changed, and the difference is significant (P<0.01), among which, CK-MB in the 1:2:1 group reduced most significantly. Serum TNF alpha, IL-6 levels increased significantly in the model group with significant difference especially compared to those of the control group (P<0.01). Compared with model group, TNF alpha and IL-6 content has changed significantly in all Wen Xin Dan group (P<0.01), among which the 1:2:1 group has the largest decrease. Conclusion:Wen Xin Dan can reduce serum CK-MB, cTnI and the content of TNF alpha, IL-6, therefore, it has anti-inflammatory effects.
