      目的:从文献计量学的角度分析近10年川芎有效成分(川芎嗪、藁本内酯、阿魏酸)药理作用的研究状况。方法:采用文献计量学方法对2005—2015年CNKI和PubMed数据库中收录的川芎嗪、藁本内酯、阿魏酸药理方面的文献进行分析,并分别应用书目共现分析系统软件(Bicomb 2.0)及社会网络分析软件(UCIENT 6.0)对文献资料进行多维分析和可视化处理。结果:共检出有效文献432篇,以川芎嗪的研究较多。川芎嗪文献频次超过4次的关键词20个,阿魏酸文献频次超过2次的关键词17个,对这些高频关键词进行共词分析,得到川芎嗪和阿魏酸的研究热点。结论:川芎嗪的研究主要集中在缺血再灌注损伤、细胞凋亡等领域,阿魏酸的药理作用研究以阿尔茨海默病、细胞凋亡、氧化应激等为主。
English Summary:
      To investigate the pharmacological action of active ingredients of ligusticum wallichii based on bibliometrics in recent ten years. Methods:The literatures of pharmacological action of Ligustrazine, Ligustilide and Ferulic acid indexed in the CNKI and PubMed databases from 2005 to 2015 were analyzed by bibliometric methods. The multidimensional analysis and visualization of the literatures were conducted with bibliographic item co-occurrence matrix builder (BICOM) software and social network analysis and visualization tool (UCINET) software. Results:A total of 74 valid documents were screened out,and more researching attentions were given to Ligustrazine. Twenty high-frequency key words of Ligustrazine (≥ 4) and 17 high-frequency key words of Ferulic acid (≥ 2) were found. Taking these key words into co-occurrence analysis, Ligustrazine and Ferulic acid research hotspots were clustered. Conclusion:The pharmacological effects of Ligustrazine are mainly focused in the fields of ischemia reperfusion injury and apoptosis, and ferulic acid are focused in Alzheimer's disease, apoptosis and oxidative stress.
