| 群体化研究方法能准确、高效地论证干预与疾病之间的相关关系，但其严格的一致性要求和偏倚控制措施并不符合中医的临床实践特征。多变化、细致的中医临床实践需要采用有效的个体化评价措施，但目前尚无成型的个体研究方法。本研究基于个体化研究方法学元素的探索性调查分析和个体化评价方法学集合的初步构建，提出中医临床疗效评价的差异化策略，即证据生产阶段依靠群体化研究方法，而在证据使用阶段重视个体化评价，目的在于尝试系统化地整合中医临床疗效评价环节，促进中医循证方法学由线性创新发展模式向集成创新模式转变。 |

| The group study method can accurately and efficiently demonstrate the the correlation between interventions and diseases, but its consistency requirement and strict control measures are not suitable for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Multi-varied elaborate clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine needs effective individual evaluation measures, but there is not individualized evaluation methodology. This study is based on the exploratory investigation and analysis on the elements of the individual research methods and preliminary construct the individual evaluation method to put forward the differentiation strategy of TCM clinical efficacy evaluation, which means to rely on the group study methods in evidence-producing stage and pay attention to individual evaluation in evidence-using stage. The purpose of differentiation strategy is to systematically arrange the clinical efficacy evaluation procedure of TCM, and to promote the transformation of TCM evidence-based medicine methodology from linear innovation to integrated innovation. |
