| 目的:观察健脾抑瘤方联合化疗对初治或复治晚期结直肠癌患者治疗疗效、生命质量的影响。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月广东省中医院间收治的初治或者复治晚期结直肠癌患者41例,均采用化疗联合健脾抑瘤方进行治疗。结果:41例患者中完全缓解1例,部分缓解11例,病灶稳定24例,病灶扩张5例,总体有效率87.70%,初治和复治2组患者瘤体病灶变化比较,客观有效率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;2组不良反应存在不同程度的骨髓抑制（白细胞减少、血小板减少）、脱发等,多为0、I、II度不良反应,经对症处理后,均能耐受继续化疗。Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级的不良反应发生率较低,没有因严重不良反应而退出研究情况发生。与治疗前比较生命质量FACT评分上显著升高,而疼痛NRS评分统计学意义上显著下降（P<0.05）。患者各项功能皆比入院时有所提高,物理症状明显缓解,整体健康状况也高于治疗前,因此,治疗前与治疗后的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:健脾抑瘤方联合化疗对初治或复治晚期结直肠癌患者的治疗有协同增效作用,减轻不良反应,提高患者生命质量,延长患者生存时间。 |

| To observe the effect of Jianpi Yiliu Decoction with chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer on patients’ quality of life and prognosis. Methods: Forty-one patients with advanced colorectal cancer initially treated or retreated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were include. All the patients were treated with chemotherapy with Jianpi Yiliu Decoction. Results: One case had complete remission （CR）, 11 cases partial remission （PR）, 24 cases stable lesions （SD） 5 cases disease progression （PD）, and the total effective rate was 87.70%. Objective efficiency of initial treatment and retreatment patients in tumor changes showed no significant difference （P>0.05）, there were degrees of bone marrow suppression （neutropenia, thrombocytopenia）, hair loss for chemotherapy toxicity, mostly for 0, I, II degree, after the treatment in both the groups. Patients continued the treatment after proper adjustment based on symptoms. The incidence of Grade Ⅲ, Ⅳtoxicity was low and no case withdrew from the study due to serious adverse reactions. FACT score for quality of life was significantly higher compared with that before the treatment, pain NRS score decreased with statistically significant difference, compared before and after the treatment （P<0.05）. Patients’ functions were somewhat improved and physical symptoms were relieved, overall health conditions were much better than those before the treatment, showing statistically significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion:Jianpi Yiliu Decoction with chemotherapy may have synergistic effect on the initial or retreated treatment for patients with advanced colorectal cancer, reducing toxicity and side effects to improve patients’ quality of life and prolong survival time. |
