| 目的:评价银僵汤的初步优化方——银僵I号治疗坏死性淋巴结炎的临床疗效和安全性,为优化处方提供临床依据。方法:选取2013年7—12月南京市中西医结合医院瘰疬科收治的坏死性淋巴结炎患者60例,随机分为银僵I号组、银僵汤组,每组30例。每剂药均水煎成2袋包装。1袋/次,100 mL,2次/d服用。观察14 d,评估疗效。结果:银僵I号、银僵汤在缓解靶淋巴结肿胀、疼痛,退热,升白方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组均有较高的临床安全性。结论:银僵I号、银僵汤疗效相当,在简化药物组成后基本达到良好的临床疗效。 |

| To study the safety and efficacy of the optimized Yinjiang Decoction (“Yinjiang” I) in the treatment of histolytic necrotizing lymphadenitis(HNL). Methods:Sixty patients with HNL in the hospital were chosen and then divided into “Yinjiang” I group(n=30) and Yinjiang Decoction group (n=30) randomly. Prescriptions were prepared as water decoction for 2 packages and 2 times a day with 100ml each time for oral-taking. 14 days were set as 1 course of treatment and the efficacy was observed. Results:The relief of Target lymph swelling and pain and bringing down fever of the two group showed no significant differences and the results had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Both the two groups have high clinical safety. Conclusion:The effect of simplified“Yinjiang” I is similar to Yinjiang Decoction and simplified Yinjiang Decoction generally has good clinical effect. |
