To study the safety and efficacy of the optimized Yinjiang Decoction (“Yinjiang” I) in the treatment of histolytic necrotizing lymphadenitis(HNL). Methods:Sixty patients with HNL in the hospital were chosen and then divided into “Yinjiang” I group(n=30) and Yinjiang Decoction group (n=30) randomly. Prescriptions were prepared as water decoction for 2 packages and 2 times a day with 100ml each time for oral-taking. 14 days were set as 1 course of treatment and the efficacy was observed. Results:The relief of Target lymph swelling and pain and bringing down fever of the two group showed no significant differences and the results had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Both the two groups have high clinical safety. Conclusion:The effect of simplified“Yinjiang” I is similar to Yinjiang Decoction and simplified Yinjiang Decoction generally has good clinical effect.
