| 通过对糖尿病肾病（Diabetic Nephropathy，DN）进行中医理论及现代医学的研究认识比较，指出治疗DN应标本兼顾、扶正祛邪；肾气阴虚是DN发病的关键，脾为后天之本，健脾益气才能生化有源，治标应从化瘀降浊入手；因此，健脾补肾化瘀降浊法在临床治疗DN具有较好的理论基础和应用前景。 |

| Through the comparison of TCM theory and modern medicine research on diabetic nephropathy (DN), it is pointed out that the treatment of DN should taking syndromes as well as the disease root into account, strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors; and the deficiency of kidney qi is the main cause of DN; spleen is the foundation of acquired essence, which is also the origin of nutrition; it is suggested to start with eliminating stasis and phlegm; therefore, tonifying spleen and kidney and eliminating stasis and phlegm methods in the clinical treatment of DN has a good theoretical basis and application prospect. |
