| 目的:发掘传统中医经典,结合现代临床实际,探讨中医药防治消渴糖尿病临证治法方药。方法:挖掘经典,结合临床,探讨消渴病命的全程演变,找出相应的理论依据与治法方药。结果:产生条辨11条,总结和创新了消渴病名含义、病因病机、证治心悟、老方新方、变证变法,形成古文式的现代中医条辨。结论:重返中医经典之道,熔铸辨证论治新意。适于临床,合于经典,利于传承,旨在创新。 |

| To explore the prevention and treatment of diabetes from traditional Chinese medicine by combining modern clinical practice with classics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Deeply study classics of traditional Chinese medicine and combine it with the clinical practice to explore the whole evolution process of diabetes，and then try to find out corresponding theoretical foundation as well as therapy and formula.Results:A total of 11 items summed up all of the following:the meaning of consumptive thirst，cause and mechanism of disease，syndrome and therapy，original and innovative prescriptions，syndrome change and therapy change，and formed differentiation of modern Chinese medicine item by item.Conclusion:It was returning back the method of studying classics of traditional Chinese medicine and developing syndrome differentiation that fit clinic and are benefit for classics inheritance.And the center is to innovate. |
