| 目的：探讨健脾宣肺法联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效及安全性分析。方法：将86例慢性咳嗽患儿分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。观察组在对照组基础上，采用健脾宣肺法治疗。观察治疗过程中临床症状变化及不良反应发生情况。采用中医症状评分法评估患者临床症状变化；采用切斯特咳嗽问卷（LCQ）评估患者生命质量变化。结果：观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组治疗后日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、气短胸闷、症状总分显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组的日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、气短胸闷、症状总分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组治疗后心理健康、生理健康、社会功能、总分显著升高（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组的心理健康、生理健康、社会功能、总分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗过程中，2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论：健脾宣肺法联合布地奈德雾化吸入能显著改善小儿慢性咳嗽的临床症状，提高生命质量。 |

| To investigate the efficacy and safety of Invigorating-spleen and Ventilating-lung Therapy Combined with Budesonide atomized inhalation in the Treatment of Pediatric Chronic Cough.Methods:Eighty-six children with chronic cough were divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both patients in the control and study group were treated with budesonide atomized inhalation therapy, while the study group was additionally treated by Invigorating-spleen and Ventilating-lung Therapy. The changes in clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. TCM symptom score was used to evaluate the change of clinical symptoms. Chester Cough Questionnaire (LCQ) was used to evaluate the quality of life.Results:The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Cough and night cough, expectoration, shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness and total symptom score of the two groups after the treatment decreased significantly (P<0.05) and those of the study group were significantly lower with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The mental health, physical health, social function and total score of the two groups increased significantly after the treatment (P<0.05), but the study group were significantly higher, showing that the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). During the treatment, there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Invigorating-spleen and Ventilating-lung Therapy combined with budesonide atomized inhalation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic cough in children and improve the quality of life. |
