      目的:利用响应曲面法优化超声-辅助提取玉米须多糖的工艺条件。方法:在单因素实验的基础上,选取超声时间、超声温度、料液比为自变量,以葡萄糖为对照品,以多糖得率为响应值,应用中心组合设计实验方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖得率的影响,建立二次多项回归方程的数学模型。结果:实验研究表明,超声时间对玉米须多糖提取率的影响比较显著。结论:最终优选的超声波提取玉米须多糖工艺为:超声时间32.94 min,超声温度60.17 ℃,料液比1:24.79,在此条件下,玉米须多糖提取率的理论值为5.5318%。
English Summary:
      To optimize the processing conditions of corn silk polysaccharide by ultrasonic assisted surface methodology.Methods:To build a mathematical model of two multinomial regression equation on the basis of single factor experiment.While taking ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, material to liquid ratio as independent variables, and glucose as control and the yield of polysaccharide response value, to study the effects of variables on each other and their effect on the extraction of polysaccharide.Results:Ultrasonic time has strong effect on the extraction rate of corn silk polysaccharides.Conclusion:The final optimization of ultrasonic extraction of corn silk polysaccharide processing is set to be:ultrasonic time 32.94 min, ultrasonic temperature 60.17 ℃, the ratio of material to liquid 1:24.79, and under this condition, the theoretical extraction rate of the theoretical value is 5.5318%.
