| 良性前列腺增生（Benign Prostate Hyperplasia，BPH）是泌尿外科的常见病，主要表现为排尿刺激及排尿梗阻。中医将其归入“癃闭”的范畴，中医对该病的治疗取得了良好的疗效，本文结合近10年国内外文献，从BPH的中医病因病机、辨证分型及中医药疗法3方面进行归纳总结，以期为临床中医诊治BPH思路及中医疗法的挖掘和创新提供参考。 |
| English Summary: |
| Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a common disease of urology, mainly shows as urinary stimulation and urinary obstruction. Chinese medicine will classify it as “Dysuria” category, Chinese medicine treatment of the disease has achieved good results. Along with a review of the domestic and foreign literature in 10years, this article summed up from 8 aspects including etiology and pathogenesis of BPH, syndrome differentiation and Chinese medicine therapy fields, which is in order to provide a reference for the clinical practice of TCM diagnosis and treatment of BPH. |
