      痰浊、瘀血为冠心病主要病理基础,痰瘀互结贯穿冠心病发生发展始终,本文首先从病因病机、治法方药及现代生物学基础等方面浅谈冠心病痰瘀互结证,在冠心病痰瘀互结证的现代生物学基础中,细胞凋亡为影响冠心病最终转归、预后的重要因素,而内质网自噬是调节细胞凋亡的重要机制,本文以细胞凋亡为切入点,初探内质网自噬在冠心病痰瘀互结证中的研究意义。
English Summary:
      Phlegm turbidity and blood stasis are main pathogenesis basis for coronary heart disease (CHD),and play a key role in the whole process of CHD.This article firstly discussed CHD with phlegm and blood stasis pattern from its etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and biological basis.Among the biological basis,apoptosis influences the outcome and prognosis of CHD and endoplasmic reticulum autophagy (ER-phagy) is the key point to regulate apoptosis.Therefore this article investigated its role in the CHD with phlegm and blood stasis pattern from apoptosis.
