目的:探讨无痛人工流产负压吸引术后中药在预防术后感染方面的有效性。方法:选取中国中医科学院望京医院妇科2009年1月至2011年12月住院进行无痛人工流产负压吸引术的患者2 805例作为对照组,2013年1月至2015年12月住院无痛人工流产患者3 128例作为观察组。对照组患者术后即刻用硫酸依替米星注射液0.3 g单次静脉滴注,观察组患者术后予宫炎康颗粒18 g,口服，2次/d,连服6 d。2组患者术后均口服加味生化汤,每日1剂，分2次口服,连服7 d。分析2组继发感染。结果:宫炎康颗粒及加味生化汤组感染率1.34%,硫酸依替米星及加味生化汤组感染率1.25%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药在无痛人工流产术后预防感染方面是有效的,术后不用抗生素是可行的。

English Summary:

To explore the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of postoperative infection in patients with gynecological painless artificial abortion.Methods:A total of 2 805 women who received painless negative pressure induced abortion during the period from January 2009 to December 2011 in Wangjing Hospital of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as a control group,3 128 cases of painless artificial abortion as an observation group.Retrospective analysis was used to investigate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing postoperative infection.Patients in the control group were immediately injected with a single intravenous infusion of Etimicin Sulfate Injection,0.3 g.Patients in the observation group were treated with 9 g of Gongyankang granules twice a day for 6 days.At the same time,the two groups were all treated with Shenghuatang Traditional Chinese medicine granules for 7 days.Results:The infection rate was 1.34% in the Gongyankang and Supplemented Shenghuatang group,meanwhile the infection rate of Etimicin Sulfate Injection and Supplemented Shenghuatang group was 1.25%.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in preventing infection after painless artificial abortion.It is feasible not to use antibiotics after operation.
