      龙葵碱是龙葵的主要成分,主要包括澳洲边茄碱、澳洲茄碱及龙葵碱等;研究表明龙葵碱在肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、大肠癌、宫颈癌、前列腺癌、黑色素瘤、脑胶质瘤、骨髓瘤、白血病等肿瘤中具有广泛的抗癌作用;可以抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞自噬、增强放化疗作用、抑制上皮-间质转化、抑制肿瘤转移和抑制血管生成;这些研究为龙葵碱的合理应用及开发提供了新的基础。
English Summary:
      Glycoalkaloids is one of the main constituents of Solanum nigrum L., including solamargine, solasonine, and solanine. Glycoalkaloids was proved to have anti-cancer effects against lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia and other malignancies. Glycoalkaloids can inhibit cell proliferation, induce apoptosis and autophagy, block cell cycle, enhance effects of chemotherapy, inhibit epithelial-mesenchymal transition, metastasis and angiogenesis. These studies provide new basis for rational application and development of Glycoalkaloids.
