| 目的：探讨自拟中药熏洗组方在混合痔外剥内扎术后应用效果。方法：选取2015年7月至2017年7月江苏宜兴市十里牌医院收治的120例行混合痔外剥内扎术治疗患者为研究对象，按随机数表法分为2组，即对照组和观察组，均60例。对照组采用高锰酸钾1：5 000坐浴治疗，观察组采用自拟中药熏洗组方治疗。比较2组术后3、5、7 d疼痛程度、水肿程度及创面愈合时间、住院时间，并评价2组临床疗效。结果：术后3、5、7 d，观察组疼痛评分、水肿评分较对照组均明显更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间分别为（12.65±2.42）d、（6.78±1.91）d，均明显短于对照组（20.57±2.63）d、（13.57±2.45）d，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%（56/60），明显高于对照组76.67%（46/60），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在混合痔外剥内扎术后采用自拟中药熏洗组方治疗，可明显提高临床疗效，减轻患者水肿程度，缩短创面愈合时间、住院时间，减轻患者痛苦，促进患者身体恢复，优势明显，具临床推广意义。 |

| To explore the application effect of self-made Chinese medicine fumigation group in Milligan-Morgan of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 120 patients who were received Milligan-Morgan of mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and treatment group according to random number table，with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate 1：5 000 bath，and the treatment group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine fumigation group.The degree of pain，the degree of edema and the time of wound healing and the length of hospital stay were compared at 3，5 and 7 days after operation，and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:At 3，5 and 7 days after operation，the pain score and edema score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The healing time (12.65±2.42)d and hospitalization time (6.78±1.91)d of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group (20.57±2.63)d and (13.57±2.45)d，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The total effective rate was 93.33% (56/60，56/60) in the treatment group，which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.67%，46/60)，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Chinese medicine fumigation group in post-operation of Milligan-Morgan of mixed hemorrhoids can significantly improve clinical efficacy，reduce the degree of edema，shorten the wound healing time，hospital stay，reduce the pain of patients to promote the recovery of patients with significant advantages and higher clinical significance. |
