| 目的：探讨益气活血组方对急性心肌梗死后大鼠缺血心肌组织血管新生作用和对血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和碱性成纤维生长因子（bFGF）表达的影响。方法：建立心梗模型后，将40只雄性SD大鼠，采用随机数字表法分为4组：模型组、假手术组、麝香保心丸、益气活血组方。运用免疫组化法检测梗死心肌边缘区微血管计数（MVC）和微血管密度（MVD）及VEGF和bFGF表达；同时应用Western blot技术检测各组大鼠缺血心肌VEGF和bFGF蛋白质水平表达变化。结果：益气活血组方和麝香保心丸组分别与模型组比较，梗死心肌边缘区微血管计数和微血管密度都显著高于后者(P<0.01）。益气活血组方、麝香保心丸组中缺血心肌VEGF和bFGF表达以及其蛋白表达水平较其余组显著升高（P<0.01）。结论：益气活血组方能明显促进心梗后大鼠缺血心肌血管新生，上调心肌VEGF和bFGF蛋白表达可能是其中一个重要的作用机制。 |

| To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the angiogenesis and the protein expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in the ischemic myocardium of rats with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:After the animal model of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in rats is established,40 males SD rats were divided into 4 groups by random number table:model group,sham operation group,Shexiangbaoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group. The microvessel count(MVC),microvessel density (MVD) and expression of VEGF and bFGF in the ischemic myocardium were detected by immunohistochemistry.The change levels of VEGF and bFGF protein in the ischemic myocardium were detected by Western blot.Results:Yiqi Huoxue Formula group and Shexiangbaoxin group were compared with the model group,the infarcted myocardium edge area of microvessel count and microvessel density were significantly higher than that of the latter(P<0.01).The expression of VEGF and bFGF about Yiqi Huoxue Formula group and Shexiangbaoxin group and its protein expression level was significantly increased compared with the other groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Formula group can significantly promote local angiogenesis in ischemic myocardium of rats after myocardial infarction, upregulation of myocardial VEGF and bFGF protein may be one of important mechanisms. |
