| 目的：建立葛芪颗粒的质量标准。方法：使用薄层色谱法对黄芩和川芎进行鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）分离并测定了黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱条件：Diamnosil C18柱(460 mm×250 mm,5 μm)，以乙腈：水(体积比34：66)为流动相；蒸发光散射检测器。结果：此方法线性为0.35～7.02 μg，平均加样回收率为99.1%。结论：该方法操作较为简单、重复性好、专属性强，可作为葛芪颗粒的质量标准。 |

| To develop the quality standard of Geqi granules.Methods:The identification of Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong was used by TLC.Astragaloside IV was analyzed on an HPLC Diamnosil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm) using acetonitrile with water (34:66) as mobile phase，evaporative light-scattering detector.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.35-7.02 μg，and the average recovery was 99.1%.Conclusion:This method is simple，reliable with good specificity and reproducible，which can be used for the quality control of Geqi granule. |
