| 轻微型肝性脑病(Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy,MHE)是一种无明显症状的神经认知功能紊乱性疾病，早期诊断和治疗可以改善肝功能，提高患者生命质量，从而防止其进展为肝性脑病(Hepatic Encephalopathy,HE)，属于HE发病过程的前期阶段。近几年，关于MHE的研究逐渐成为热点，文章从中西医研究的角度将MHE的定义、流行病学调查、发病机制、诊断和治疗方法进行总结归纳，认为中西医结合疗法在MHE的未来相关研究中将会占据重要地位。 |

| Minimal hepatic encephalopathy (MHE),belonging to the early stage of hepatic encephalopathy (HE),is a disease of neuro-cognitive dysfunction without obvious symptoms.Early diagnosis and treatment of MHE is beneficial to patients in improving their liver function and quality of life so as to help prevent its progression to HE.In recent years,researches on MHE have gradually become a hot spot.This article is a review of the definition,the epidemiology survey,the pathogenesis,the diagnosis and the treatment of MHE in the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine research. |
