| 肿瘤干细胞是导致肿瘤复发、转移、多药耐药的主要原因,靶向于肿瘤干细胞是治疗肿瘤的一种新途径。目前,肿瘤干细胞的靶向治疗尚处于探索阶段,还没有成熟的可以用于调控肿瘤干细胞功能的方法。中医药是我国肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一,具有一定的疗效,而实验研究也表明中医药对肿瘤干细胞存在一定的影响。因此,本文将对中医药调控不同肿瘤干细胞的研究现状作一综述。 |

| Cancer stem cells are the main cause for tumor recurrence, metastasis and multi-drug resistance.Targeting on cancer stem cells is a new way to treat cancer. However, target therapy of cancer stem cells is still in the bud now. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an important method in treating tumor in China, also proved to be effective. In the mean time, research showed that TCM has a certain effect on cancer stem cells. This paper is written to summarize the research in this field. |
