| 目的：分析李东垣在《内外伤辨惑论》和《脾胃论》中方剂的用药特点，传承其用药规律和学术思想。方法：通过整理两书方剂共91首，对方剂中药物名称进行规范化整理,建立中药数据表,利用ACCESS、SPSS、EXCEL对其用药情况进行统计分析。结果：得出122种药物单味药使用频次、性味归经规律，两味药、三味药配伍规律。结论：分析结果体现了李东垣重视脾胃的学术思想，反映了补脾胃、升清阳、泻阴火的用药规律，为深入研究提供了数据支持。 |
| English Summary: |
| To analyze the regularities of Li Dongyuan's prescriptions in “Nei Wai Shang Bian Huo Lun” and “Theory of Spleen and Stomach”,and summarize his medication regularities and academic thoughts.Methods:A total of 91 prescriptions were collected,and the names of the Chinese medicine in the prescriptions were standardized.To establish a medicine table and the data were analyzed by ACCESS,SPSS and EXCEL.Results:The usage frequency of 122 kinds of Chinese medicine were found as well as the regularity of their property and taste,and combinations.Conclusion:Li Dongyuan attached great importance to the spleen and stomach,and he used medicine to nourish the spleen and stomach,lifting yang-qi and reducing yin-fire.This study provides data support for further research. |
