| 目的：采用一测多评法测定养血止疼丸中丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的含量，验证一测多评法（QAMS）的适用性。方法：以丹参酮ⅡA为内参物，建立其与丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮的相对校正因子，考察不同仪器、不同色谱柱对相对校正因子的影响。分别用外标法测定丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的含量，后者与计算值进行比较。结果：10批养血止疼丸中丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的含量可以用一测多评法进行测定，隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ含量的计算值与实测值间无显著差异。结论：一测多评法可用于养血止疼丸中丹参酮类成分的含量测定。 |

| To determine the contents of three tanshinones in Yangxue Zhiteng Pill by QAMS and to validate its feasibility.Methods:The tanshinone IIA as the internal reference substance，the relative correction factor of tanshinone I and cryptotanshinone were determined by HPLC on different instruments and chromatographic columns.The content of tanshinone IIA in Yangxue Zhiteng Pill was authentically determined by the external standard method，and the content of tanshinone I and cryptotanshinone was calculated by external standard method and relative correction factor respectively.Results:The QAMS could determine the content of tanshinone I，cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA.No significant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS and external standard method were observed.Conclusion:The QAMS can determine the quality of content of tanshinone in Yangxue Zhiteng Pill. |
