| 近几年耳穴贴压作为治疗原发性高血压的一种中医外治疗法，以其确切的疗效和独特的优势在临床上不断丰富和完善，形成多模式疗法。从中医学整体观念出发，通过调节耳与脏腑经络的相关联系，不仅可以有效降低患者的高血压水平，改善血压变异性，而且显著改善伴随症状，并且有远期长效的优势。 |

| In recent years, as a kind of external application in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on primary hypertension, auricular point sticking was enriched and perfected continuously to multimodal therapy with its curative effect and unique advantage in clinical practice. From the holistic concept of TCM, the hypertension and blood pressure variability can be reduced effectively with a long-term effect by adjusting the relationship between ear and organs and meridians, which can significantly improve symptoms with long-term advantages. |
