| 代谢组学是基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学之后兴起的一门组学分支，以生命活动链条下游的代谢物集合“代谢物组”作为研究对象。代谢组学是生物体代谢网络、代谢产物整体变化及其变化规律的重要研究手段，与中医药的基本理论和诊疗思维相似，为中药现代化的研究进程提供了强大的技术支撑。本文综述了代谢组学在中药注射剂的作用机制、证候研究、安全性评价及疗效一致性评价等研究中的应用情况。 |

| Metabonomics is a new branch in the omics-field following the development of genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, with its research object being the collection of metabolites-metabolome and the downstream products of life. Metabonomics is a new method to study on the metabolic network and the relationship between body and environment, which conforms to the basic theory, diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and provides powerful technical support in the modern study of TCM. This paper is to review the application of metabonomics in the research on the mechanism of TCM prescription injections, syndrome study and safety evaluation and consistency evaluation of TCM injections. |
