| 目的：观察蓝芩口服液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效，分析其机制并探讨其对免疫功能的影响。方法：随机选取2015年3月至2016年12月确诊为手足口病的小儿患者86例，通过随机分组法分别将患儿纳入对照组和观察组，各43例，2组患者均一般对症治疗，对照组以阿昔洛韦静脉滴注治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加以蓝芩口服液治疗。同期随机选取30例体检的健康小儿作为健康对照组进行参照。在治疗前后抽取各组患儿静脉血液测定其hs-CRP、Th1及Th2细胞及CD3+,CD19+，同时对其退热时间、疱疹消失时间、平均住院时间及临床疗效进行评定。结果：在治疗后，观察组总有效率为95.35%，对照组总有效率为79.07%（P<0.05），观察组患儿的症状改善时间（退热时间、疱疹消失时间、平均住院时间）明显少于对照组（P<0.05），同时其hs-CRP，CD3+,CD19+，Th1及Th2细胞百分比在治疗后的均较前改善，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：蓝芩口服液能有效改善手足口病患儿预后，提高患儿免疫力，可明显缩短住院时间，提高临床疗效，增强患儿免疫功能。 |

| To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Lanqin oral liquid on infantile hand foot mouth disease(HFMD),and analyze its mechanism.Methods:During March 2015-December 2016,86 pediatric patients with HFMD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,43 cases each, two groups of patients were symptomatic treatment, the control group with intravenous acyclovir treatment, and in the treatment group, the control group on the basis of Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of. At the same time, 30 healthy children were selected as the healthy control group.The hs-CRP, Th1 and Th2 cells,CD3+,and CD19+ were measured before and after treatment in each group. The time of fever, the time of disappearance of herpes, the average length of stay and the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 95.35%,control group total effective rate was 79.07%(P<0.05),the treatment group in the symptom improvement time(the time of fever, herpes disappear time and average hospitalization time) was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05),while the hs-CRP,CD3+,CD19+ Th1 and the percentage of Th2 cells after treatment were improved, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lanqin oral liquid can improve the prognosis of children with hand, foot and mouth disease,improve the immune system of children, can significantly shorten the length of stay, improve the clinical efficacy,enhance the immune function of children,it is worth popularizing. |
